Bessiebelle orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after order confirmation and we'll keep you updated at every stage of the shipment process.

Domestic Shipping Rates & Estimates

• Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at the online checkout.
• We proudly offer $10 Flat Rate Shipping for orders within Australia.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

• Currently we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

International Shipping

• Currently we only offer shipping within Australia.

How do I check the status of my order?

• You'll receive an email notification when your order has been shipped (including a tracking number that can be used to track the delivery status at any time. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
• If you haven’t received your order within 5 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation, please contact us with your name and order number and we'll look into it for you.
