Refund policy

We're confident that you will love your Bessiebelle purchase. However, if this is not the case, please see our Refund Policy below.

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition. We will refund the full item/order value minus any shipping costs associated with the returned item. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping if it's due to change of mind.

Please allow 3 to 7 days for processing and understand that we cannot refund postage and packaging unless goods are deemed to be damaged or faulty. If you wish to return your purchase, please contact us and we'll provide you with information about where to send your return. The customer is responsible for return shipping.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way or it is faulty, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item/s. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our very best to work towards a fair and reasonable solution.
